How much does Click and Collect cost?
It costs £2.50 to arrange a click and collect. You will already have paid this during the order process.
I've already selected a Click and Collect slot, can I change it?
Yes you can. Please follow the link on your order confirmation to re-schedule.
How do I know where to go and what to do?
On arriving at the Garden Centre please follow the “Click and Collect” signage and instructions from Bosworth’s Staff. There are four undercover bays for loading. Please REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE until instructed by a member of staff. There are 16 collect slots available per hour. If the collection bays have vehicles already loading you will be asked to wait until a bay becomes free which should not take long. Our aim is to make the process as quick and safe for both you and our staff.
Why can't I just come into the shop like normal?
Whilst the garden centre is now open, we are limiting the number of customers in the shop at any one time. Our Click and Collect service reduces the amount of time you spend at the garden centre, and the amount of time in contact with other customers and staff.
