How to book

Click on the button below and our current coach trips will be shown, or scroll through the calendar.  Select the trip you would like to go on and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic many events are being cancelled or postponed.  The welfare of our customers is our priority.   If an event becomes cancelled a full refund will be issued including your booking fee.

Up to 30th June, if you are self-isolating and will be unable to make the trip, or feel you no longer wish to travel, please contact us and again we will be happy to offer a full refund.

The situation is a rapidly changing one and we shall be following Government and Public Health England’s advice and making the necessary changes accordingly.  Thank you for your understanding.

How do I know what trips are available?
Click on the “Click to Book Now” button and a list of available coach trips will pop up.  Alternatively please check the calendar of events.
Can I choose my seat?
All seating is unallocated.  However, if you have special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Where do the trips depart from
All trips, unless otherwise stated, will depart from and return to Bosworth’s Garden Centre in Burton Latimer.  There are no other pickups or drop offs en route, meaning you get to and from your destination much quicker.
Where can I park my car?
Parking of cars is either in the Garden Centre car park at Burton Latimer or the Keelings Car Park, just down the road.  You will be advised of the car park being used about a week before.  You will be issued with a parking permit to display in your window so we know that you are on one of our trips and not locked in the garden centre overnight!!!
Is there a minimum number of passenger required for the trip to run?
All our coach trips require a minimum number of passengers to make the trip viable.  If we have to cancel the trip due to insufficient numbers a full refund will be issued.  We would give as much notice as possible.
What is your refund policy?
All coach trips are payable in advance either in-store or online and are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for another event. 

In the unlikely instance whereby an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. 

 If an event is postponed, we will give the option to move your booking to the new date or to be refunded.  If you or a member of your party are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss further.

When will I receive my tickets?
As soon as your booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation with an order number.  Please bring this with you or show on your phone.   The actual event tickets will be issued on the coach on the day of departure.
Can I bring my wheelchair / mobility scooter?
Of course.  These will need to be placed in the coach hold during transit.  Please advise at time of booking if you will be bringing a wheelchair or mobility scooter.  Please also advise if you would need assistance onto the coach.

Arrival Times

Arrival times are approximate, although we will do our best to stick to these times, events outside our control may impact these times such as weather, road traffic conditions, accidents on the road and roadworks.  In instances such as this we will get you to your destination as quickly as possible, however, the safety of you as a passenger is our prime concern.

A printed brochure of our trips is available from the coffee shop, till points and information desk.  Information is correct at time of going to press and may be subject to change.  Please refer to our website for up to date pricing and event details. Errors and Ommissions Excepted.
