Don’t worry. Just provide us with some details and we can send you a replacement card.
Please note that you will receive a “card” version of the Reward Card and not a plastic card.
We recommend the use of the Stocard App available from your app store, to keep your card digitally on your smartphone (along with other shops loyalty cards).
Once you submit the form our team will verify your card and send the replacement via the post to the address held against the Reward Card file.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue replacement cards in person at the information desk and therefore ask that all requests are completed using this form.
Please allow 10 days to receive your replacement card.
