A message to our
REWARD CARD HOLDERS  (Updated 15 September 2020)

Firstly we want to thank you for your continued support as we

continue to go through the Covid-19 pandemic

The last Reward Card mailer that went out was back in March of this year.



Our vouchers that were issued in March will be extended to the 30th of September 2020, subject to stock availability.  



Again this will be valid until 30th September.

Whilst we have extended our online ordering facilities, unfortunately, we do not have the technology available to link our online shop with our vouchers from the Reward Card Mailer.  However if you have ordered online and added your Reward Card number we will be adding these points to your Reward Card total.



Again this will be extended until the 30th September 2020.
Birthday Reward Vouchers are currently not being sent out and will resume March of 2021.  



As members of the Horticultural Trades Association, we are following closely the guidance that they have issued.  As a result, we have taken the decision to postpone our next Reward Card Mailer until March 2021.

You will still be accruing points on your purchases when you present your Reward Card at the till but your next Reward Card cheque will be in the March 2021 mailer

As a Reward Card holder, if you have provided your email address you will be added to our eNewsletter database and these will be resuming from September 2020.
